About The Position

PARIS/64 is a rapidly growing Spanish women's fashion brand with a strong international presence. We are a young, dynamic, and digitally-focused team that emphasizes goal-oriented work. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Store Manager for our New York location. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is eager to make a significant impact. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing operations, leading the team, and establishing a strong brand presence in the New York store. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to shape the future of PARIS/64 in the USA and play a key role in our global expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in performance reporting.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a store in its multiple tasks (staff, customer service, sales, purchasing, customer events).
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 Level).
• Computer proficiency in M.Office.
• Positive attitude and initiative.
• Teamwork lover.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish is a plus.
• Valuable knowledge of Shopify POS.
• Be crazy about fashion and PARIS/64!

Responsibilities

• Human management of the store.
• Customer-oriented sales team management.
• Sales reporting, as well as analysis of sales KPIs to improve ratios.
• Coordinate and execute client and influencer events alongside the PR Manager.
• Lead planned product purchases geared toward store sales.
