Style Happy and Chatters is seeking a confident and people-oriented Store Manager for their Mayfield Common Retail Salon. This role requires someone with a passion for beauty and business, who can multitask and maintain smooth operations in a busy salon environment. Requirements

Enthusiasm for beauty.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
Ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
Understanding that "the Experience is Everything."
Flexibility, self-motivation, and drive.
Excellent people and communication skills.
Superior time management skills.
Knowledge of computer systems including Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Gmail.
Problem-solving skills.
High responsibility and reliability.

Responsibilities

Manage retail operations.
Analyze, maintain, and improve systems and processes.
Oversee and book guest appointments.
Coach and train the sales team to achieve store sales targets.
Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and merchandised according to standards.
Oversee inventory, product ordering, and pricing.
Monitor budgets, payroll, scheduling, and cost of goods.
Provide a welcoming environment for guests and beauty consultants.
