As a Big 10 Mart Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Convenience Store/Gas Station, creating a positive atmosphere for your Team Members, along with hiring and training new Team Members. Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in retail management with a successful record of performance.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience with recruiting, hiring, and coaching
• Ability to perform store-level accounting functions.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and Training of Team Members to Provide superior customer service while meeting Big 10 Mart operational goals.
• Prepare schedules, coach, and discipline, and retain Team Members.
• Manage the cleanliness and organization of the gas station.
• Perform paperwork/ accounting functions.
• Open/Close/Cover shifts as needed
• All other tasks required to maintain a successful station.
