About The Position

As a full time Windsor Store Manager you are responsible for driving our mission statement in your store. You manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards and make decisions that impact store performance and profitability. You are accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You hire, lead and develop a high performing team of fashion loving Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
  • Quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
  • Effective communicator in both group settings and one on one
  • Welcome feedback and are ready to improve always
  • Flexible and reliable schedule
  • Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area
  • Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds)
  • Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations
  • Ability to count, communicate, read and write in English

Responsibilities

  • Drive store mission statement and manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards, and profitability.
  • Achieve store productivity in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
  • Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists.
  • Analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into behaviors to drive business.
  • Build brand loyalty by ensuring the team provides an omni channel Oasis experience to every customer.
  • Find and retain great talent by networking and ensuring a wide talent pool.
  • Provide an exceptional onboarding experience that supports company retention goals.
  • Organize and plan in detail to maximize payroll, execute operations, and create the Oasis for customers.
  • Train and develop the team to ensure a strong succession plan.
  • Lead courageously, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Follow all Loss Prevention and Safety procedures and hold the team accountable.
  • Build trust among team members and show consistent improvement of audit and shrink results.
  • Lead and train the execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive.
  • Ensure the store is clean, neat, and organized, both front and back of the house, in compliance with Windsor’s Visual Guidelines.
  • Make smart decisions to adjust and replenish products when needed.
  • Live and promote Windsor values in everything you do.
  • Inspire and motivate the team by fostering a culture of respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment.
