About The Position

The Store Manager serves as the face of ACE Cash Express to our customers. On top of providing customer service and facilitating sales, you will also build professional relationships with customers, and gain in-depth knowledge of our lending (where applicable), check cashing and card services. ACE Cash Express employees are our company's greatest asset. Requirements

  • Must be in good standing and on active status to receive payment
  • Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most of our markets
  • a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • two or more years of retail experience
  • listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with their challenges, all with the intent of providing exceptional service.
  • understand the diverse range of financial products and services that ACE offers.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding customers’ unique needs and recommending appropriate ACE products and services.
  • Supporting Sales Associates and guiding them toward success in their roles.
  • Prioritizing active listening, clear communication, and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Managing operations and driving overall store performance, which may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
  • Actively promote all ACE financial services through cross-selling and marketing strategies, including marketing in the community.
  • Train and support store employees in product knowledge.
