About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a passionate and talented Store Manager to join their team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer has a great experience. You will oversee all store operations, focusing on maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory to meet or exceed sales goals. Additionally, you will ensure the safety and security of customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security rules, procedures, and Company policies. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong drive to succeed, who believes in working hard and having fun.

Requirements

At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
1 year of previous sales management experience.
Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Passion for all things hair and beauty!
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
Requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
Involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Nice To Haves

Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
