Simply Southern started as a small apparel kiosk and has grown to over 6,000 independent retailers and 27 of its own retail stores across 12 states, employing over 400 people. The company is also passionate about philanthropy, having donated over $6 million to organizations like sea turtle conservation and ChildFund International. The Store Manager will oversee overall business needs, including customer and employee experience, and store operations. They are responsible for the performance of their store and employees, quickly assessing and addressing issues. Store Managers collaborate with District Managers and other upper-level management to ensure the store and employees meet company standards and follow policies. Key responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, employee performance, and training and development.
