About The Position

Requirements

• 3-5 years of management experience
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing a diverse team is a plus
• Strong leadership and team-building skills to create a productive workplace
• Ability to maintain product availability, freshness, and cleanliness
• Competence in completing daily tasks such as purchasing, scheduling, and merchandising
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to help people
• Effective communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Passion for working in a retail environment and a dynamic approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store functions to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Work collaboratively with store employees in all departments on a daily basis
• Ensure excellent customer service by cultivating a genuine compassion and desire to help people
• Hire, train, and conduct employee reviews to build a strong and effective team
• Lead the team in understanding and living the company mission
• Maintain product availability, freshness, and cleanliness within the store
• Complete daily tasks including purchasing, scheduling, and merchandising
• Conduct regular staff management meetings to address issues and improve performance
