Requirements
- Enthusiasm for beauty.
- At least 5 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and team, understanding that 'the Experience is Everything'.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and driven with excellent people and communication skills.
- Superior time management skills; ability to complete tasks on time and on budget.
- Knowledge of computer systems including Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Gmail.
- Ability to inspire others.
- Problem-solving skills; highly responsible and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Manage retail operations.
- Analyze, maintain, and improve systems and processes.
- Oversee and book guest appointments.
- Coach and train the sales team to achieve store sales targets.
- Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and merchandised according to standards.
- Oversee inventory, product ordering, and pricing.
- Monitor budgets, payroll, scheduling, and cost of goods.
- Provide a welcoming environment for guests and beauty consultants.
