About The Position

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating a warm, welcoming environment and meaningful moments of connection for the community. Requirements

Three years of retail or customer service management experience, or four or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
