About The Position

Starbucks is seeking Store Managers to lead their teams and bring the Starbucks experience to life. This role involves managing in-store activities, contributing to financial success, building great teams, and creating a welcoming community space. Store Managers are responsible for connecting with customers, offering a human touch, and achieving goals independently while leveraging Starbucks' brand and business practices. The ideal candidate is a coach, boss, marketing specialist, entrepreneur, accountant, merchant, and community ambassador who solves problems with optimism, manages creatively and analytically, and drives traffic, partner loyalty, and profits.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in managing a retail or customer service team
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurship and experience in a sales-driven environment
  • At a minimum, a high school diploma or a general education assessment (GED)
  • French language fluency in reading, writing, and verbal is required
  • Proof of identity and eligibility for employment in Canada
  • Willingness to work full-time (more than 40 hours of work regularly) on a flexible schedule, including early morning, evening, weekend, night and holidays.
