About The Position
The Store Manager will plan and lead the daily operations of the convenience store in an ongoing effort to increase store sales and profitability. This role involves overseeing daily workflow, scheduling staff, training, and conducting performance evaluations. The manager is responsible for developing strategies to improve customer service, increase sales, and manage budgets, sales goals, marketing strategies, and promotions in collaboration with corporate representatives. Additionally, the Store Manager ensures the physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of store facilities, implements inventory control and security systems, and assesses financial reports to drive improvements.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and managerial skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to understand, create, and implement a budget.
- High School Education.
- At least two years of experience in retail administration, preferably in convenience store management, with increasing levels of responsibility.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with corporate representatives to develop and implement budgets, sales goals, marketing strategies, and promotions.
- Ensure physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities.
- Develop and/or implement inventory control and security systems.
- Assess periodic financial reports, evaluate performance against goals, and implement improvements and changes.
- Perform other related duties as required.
