This is a job working for Big Tex Trailer World. The Store Manager will maintain all aspects of the store operation including safety, sales, service, parts, operations, inventory, rentals, employment issues and marketing. The role requires a highly motivated leader capable of motivating others to achieve company goals, using management and leadership skills to develop staff and grow dealership revenue. The Store Manager will be a visible leader in the dealership and interface with customers and employees, forecasting, managing, and maintaining existing inventory and incoming products, and coordinating the display of all trailers and parts at the dealership. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict are essential for maintaining overall continuity of the Sales and Service Department. The Store Manager will oversee the Office Administrator in all aspects of clerical duties and adhere to all policies and procedures referring to cash handling and bank deposits. Attendance at Trade Shows, Sale Barns, Co-ops, Veterinarians, Farm Expos, Tractor Pulls, etc. is expected to help drive the overall sales initiative of the Dealership. The work week includes Monday through Saturday (excepting company holidays), recognizing that the store should be properly staffed at all times.
