About The Position

As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you lead a team-oriented retail environment focused on helping customers find solutions for their hair and beauty needs. You manage talent, inspire and coach associates, and ensure customers have a positive experience. You oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, manage inventory, and protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company procedures. You are also responsible for keeping the store looking its best.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform physical activities including prolonged standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
