Requirements

Open availability is a must, since you'll be in the store on different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A High School diploma or equivalent is necessary for this position.
At least five years of progressively responsible retail experience.
Demonstrate an interactive leadership style.
Ability to build relationships.
Coaching skills.
Understanding of technology.
Demonstrate a drive and purpose that comes with being an engaged leader.
Ability to communicate professionally and pleasantly.
Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.

Nice To Haves

A combination of college credits and applicable work experience would be helpful.

Responsibilities

Fully responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your store.
Teach, coach, and develop great team members and actively seek tomorrow’s leaders.
Work with the store Assistant Managers closely, so they can learn the optics of the business and offer you support when you're not in the business.
Motivate your team to accomplish store goals and metrics.
Develop great relationships with our customers.
Grow repeat business.
Process audits.
Complete compliance work that goes with retail operations.
Perform responsibilities that require reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
