We are seeking a passionate, proactive Store Manager for our New York store, who aligns with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL, and CARING. The Store Manager's mission is to achieve sales, service, and business growth objectives by offering the full brand experience to omnichannel consumers, developing the team's potential, and overseeing all store operations to ensure excellent customer service and business efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Flexible and available to work full-time.
• Inspire people, possess strong team spirit and great energy.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Highly results-oriented.
• Encourage and promote curiosity, diversity, and collaboration through an innovative mindset.
• Fluent English.
• Legal right to work in New York State without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Passionate about Retail, in all of its shades (in-store and omnichannel).
• Any additional language will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and developing long-term customer relationships at an omnichannel level.
• Lead the team, participate in recruitment, act as a trainer/coach, and inspire by example.
• Manage the point of sale efficiently, influence commercial decisions, and utilize business analysis.
• Maintain the Camper brand image, ensuring it aligns with the Company’s identity and ESG principles.
• Execute store operations according to Company Policies & Procedures to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
