About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a Store Manager for its Beyond Yoga store at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles, California. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for modeling and coaching an excellent consumer experience and overseeing customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role calls for a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive leader who thinks beyond the task and reflects the company’s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance.

The Store Manager will lead the team in growing sales and achieving financial targets, recruiting and developing employees, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring an engaging shopping experience. The role requires frequent movement and the ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of store management experience.
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead and motivate others.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and constantly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Develop strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
