About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is looking for an excellent leader to fill our full-time Store Manager position at a Jiffy Lube location in West Springfield, MA. This role requires exceptional customer service and sales skills, strong leadership abilities to motivate others, and a desire to build a career with the right auto company. The Store Manager will be responsible for keeping customers happy, employees happy, and the day-to-day business running smoothly, living the brand's mission of 'Creating Customers for Life through Fast, Friendly, Clean and Professional Service'. The manager will lead by example, set the tone for the store, and work with staff to develop the automotive business. This includes hiring and training team members, providing constructive feedback, holding staff accountable, and encouraging leadership skills through coaching and resources. Additionally, the manager will grow the auto business by utilizing proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability, plan and track budget forecasting models, and take initiative for innovation and success. Strong sales and customer service skills, leadership, and relationship-building abilities are essential.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience
  • Self-motivated with excellent sales skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and delegate tasks
  • Ability to make customer service a priority
  • Ability to effectively resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner
  • Professional presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Passionate about the automotive industry
