As the leader of your shop, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales, customer service, recruiting, educating staff, managing payroll, overseeing inventory, maintaining store standards, and team development. We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of leadership experience in a specialty retail environment — someone who’s ready to take the reins and steer us toward success. Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience in a small box specialty retailer.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive results.
• Passion for clothing and a high-touch ethos in all interactions.
• Digitally savvy, comfortable with social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in Menswear or Menswear retail environments is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated success in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Manage store budget and expenses to maintain profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to exceed store sales targets.
• Ensure a world-class customer experience for every shopper.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team.
• Lead regular staff meetings, keeping the team informed and inspired.
• Oversee daily store operations, from opening to closing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and maintain store standards.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the store and district/regional management.

Benefits

• On target first year earnings: $110,000-$120,000 ($85,000- $95,000 base salary + an annual bonus of no less than 2% of your stores net profit).
