About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales and service targets, maintaining best practices, and identifying improvements to store operations and other factors that support an excellent experience for customers and team members. The role leads and develops the store team, manages budgets and the store P&L, and ensures the store meets company standards for service, presentation, and operations. This position is for a new store opening at Aventura Mall in Miami, Florida.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a customer service management role.
Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and motivate a team.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and improve individual objectives.
Collaborate with training teams to develop a high-performing team.
Establish weekly and monthly team objectives.
Ensure employees present professionally according to company policies and provide excellent customer service to maximize sales and deliver a personal customer experience.
Recruit qualified candidates and source top talent through networking in the market.
Own the store P&L report and manage budgets, including salary, expenses, and inventory.
Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and according to visual guidelines.
Ensure store standards and operations meet company standards.
Collaborate with store support departments to use company resources effectively.
Work with Human Resources on company policies, procedures, and development planning for the store team.
