About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store focused on hair and beauty products. This role manages talent, inspires and coaches associates, and ensures customers receive a positive, personalized experience and solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The position also ensures that safety, security, and company policies are followed to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and that the store is well maintained.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position involves long periods of standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
