As a primary contact for Cash and Carry customers, the Store Manager is heavily involved in providing friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service daily. The Store Manager is responsible for the total operations of the store, performing various duties personally or through supervision of store employees. This role has full responsibility for the financial performance of the store, including product merchandising/stocking, expense control, and achieving sales and profitability goals. The Store Manager is responsible for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and associated programs to deliver desired sales and profit results, and for recruiting, training, and developing employees. The Store Manager ensures store adherence to all loss prevention procedures, performs Manager-on-duty functions, and any other required duties.
