About The Position

Chatters is seeking a confident and people-oriented Store Manager for their Bayer's Lake Retail Salon. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about beauty, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to multitask in a busy salon environment. This role focuses on providing an exceptional customer and team experience, managing retail operations, and driving sales.

Requirements

At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
Ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
Flexible, self-motivated, and driven with excellent people and communication skills.
Superior time management skills; ability to complete tasks on time and on budget.
Knowledge of computer systems including Point of Sale, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Gmail.
Strong problem-solving skills; highly responsible and reliable.

Responsibilities

Manage retail operations, including analyzing, maintaining, and improving systems and processes.
Oversee and book guest appointments.
Coach and train the sales team to achieve store sales targets.
Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and merchandised according to standards.
Oversee inventory, product ordering, and pricing.
Monitor budgets, payroll, scheduling, and cost of goods.
Provide a welcoming environment for guests and beauty consultants.
