About The Position
We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic team members to manage our self-storage facilities. As a Store Manager at StoragePRO, you will rent storage units, explain different options and pricing to fit customer needs, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also conduct regular facility inspections, process payments, market and promote storage units, perform light maintenance, and maintain accurate records. Upholding company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment is crucial. This role reports to the District Manager, and attendance is an essential job function. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel and Email
- Must have the ability to create relationships/rapport with tenants; ability to work with a diverse array of people and customers
- Must be adaptable; able to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a varying-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must consent to pre-employment background check
- Hold a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation
- US work authorization
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience

- Perform light maintenance tasks and report any major issues to designated personnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant information and rental agreements.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
