About The Position
Diamonds Direct is seeking an energetic, motivating, self-starting, experienced Jewelry Store Manager. The manager represents Diamonds Direct at designated functions and marketing opportunities, stays current on industry trends, and educates employees to support strong performance. The role leads store employees, manages schedules and development, helps set store goals, promotes effective sales techniques, and ensures inventory-control best practices. The manager also builds relationships with key customers, models exemplary service, coaches employees, and remains visible on the sales floor to address issues and requests promptly.
Requirements
- Proven leadership or top performance in current or previous roles.
- Previous experience in the jewelry industry.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
