About The Position

The store manager's primary goal is to improve sales and create a positive guest experience. The store manager will work with the area manager through inventory management and control, team members' support, and development of product knowledge, upsell tactics, and data analytics to improve overall store performance.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in the cannabis industry
• Leadership background, for large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Experience in sales preferred
• Must be 21+ and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Training, developing, and aligning up to 25+ Team members.
• Responsible for improving sales month over month.
• Working with marketing and procurement teams to promote sales, increasing revenue.
• Reducing product shrinkage by reducing aging inventory/inventory expirations, understanding your inventory par levels, and sell-throughs.
• Understanding Michigan compliance requirements to confidently walk through state inspections, reducing deficiencies.
