About The Position

Toys“R”Us is BACK – and we’re HIRING! Bring the FUN and lead the way as Store Manager at our brand-new location at Eastview Mall, Rochester, NY. Toys“R”Us is a global brand with 70+ years of bringing joy and play to kids of all ages. Requirements

  • 2+ years in retail, hospitality, events, or education leadership
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused leader with great energy and a love for play
  • Sales-minded and customer-obsessed with an eye for presentation
  • Strong communicator with coaching and development skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with store systems and POS platforms
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and peripheral vision.
  • The employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
