About The Position

Our Store Managers are business owners at heart. They lead high performing sales teams, drive revenue, and create an exceptional in store experience for both customers and team members. This role is highly sales focused, performance driven, and growth oriented. You will be responsible for hitting financial goals, developing top sellers, and building a culture that attracts both loyal customers and ambitious team members. You will spend time on the floor leading by example, while also owning the behind the scenes business including scheduling, payroll, visual merchandising, inventory flow, and team development. There is significant financial upside in this role through bonuses, store performance, and long term growth opportunities within the company. Responsibilities

  • Drive store revenue through strong sales leadership, customer connection, and team development
  • Lead from the floor by actively engaging with customers and modeling excellent selling behaviors
  • Build, coach, and develop a team of high performing stylists and future leaders
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent who align with Purpose values and performance standards
  • Own store operations including scheduling, payroll, visual merchandising, inventory flow, and store standards
  • Create a welcoming and elevated store environment through hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and positivity
  • Identify and develop top sellers and emerging leaders within your store
  • Consistently execute company standards while bringing energy, initiative, and ownership to the business
