About The Position

The Store Manager at PIedmont Lube Centers, LLC dba Jiffy Lube plays a critical leadership role by driving performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive and productive team environment. Requirements

Weekend availability required
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a team and resolve operational challenges effectively.
Basic understanding of financial reports and ability to interpret business metrics.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of management experience in retail, service, or automotive environment (preferred).
Comfortable working in shop environments and outdoor conditions
some college or technical training preferred.

Ensure all safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures are followed consistently.
Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Coordinate daily workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Manage inventory, labor, and controllable costs to achieve profitability goals.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Perform cash handling, deposit reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting with accuracy.
