About The Position

Sanel NAPA is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail and wholesale automotive parts environment. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing team members, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing overall store performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, builds high-performing teams, and knows how to balance customer service, operations, and profitability. Previous Auto Parts Store Management preferred.

Requirements

3+ years of management experience in retail, automotive, or related industry
Automotive parts experience strongly preferred
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong business acumen with experience driving sales and profitability
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office, and business reporting tools
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to execute sales initiatives and business plans
Support business development and help grow wholesale accounts
Maintain safety, compliance, and company operational standards
Oversee store P&L performance and identify opportunities for improvement
