About The Position

NPW is seeking a Store Manager to join their team. This position is bonus eligible and requires an individual with knowledge of auto parts and some management experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for motivating and leading a customer-focused team. NPW is a leading independent automotive aftermarket parts distributor with over 500 employees and 50 company-owned locations across 14 states, including stores and warehouses. Founded in 1969, NPW has grown significantly through acquisitions and organic endeavors.

Requirements

Must have at least 3 years of working in the automotive industry.
Must have one (1) plus years of management experience
Possess strong communication and leadership skills
