About The Position

Michael Kors is seeking a Store Manager for their Dadeland Mall location in Miami, FL. This role is for talented, globally-minded individuals with a passion for fashion who enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment. The Store Manager is expected to be an entrepreneur with a shopkeeper mentality, leading a dynamic team focused on client experience and building lasting relationships. The role involves strategically driving the business through proactive planning, innovation, and execution, empowering and developing the team to achieve results through an elevated customer experience. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent, ensuring operational excellence, developing and executing strategic business plans, driving incremental sales, creating foot traffic through community involvement and events, building a client book, and driving Omni channel sales.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
  • Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
