About The Position

The Godfather's Pizza Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the Godfather's Pizza location. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant under the direction of the Grocery Store Director. This role involves leading a team to provide remarkable guest service, preparing food products while adhering to safety regulations, and meeting business objectives related to budgets, profit and loss, labor, quality, loss control, and inventory. The manager is expected to lead by example, foster team efforts, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18+ years of age
• Previous food service or retail experience preferred
• Previous food service management experience ideal

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, develop, and schedule team members to provide remarkable guest service to our in-store or over-the-phone customers
• Ensure guest service is given highest priority by greeting, offering, sharing product knowledge, and thanking each and every guest
• Take customer orders and prepare food products while ensuring Godfather's Pizza operational procedures and standards as well as all food safety regulations and procedures are followed
• Responsible for meeting overall business results by reinforcing budgets and meeting desired profit and loss, productivity/labor, quality/freshness, loss control, and proper inventory control goals
• Lead by example, encourage individual & team efforts, set expectations and hold team members accountable
