About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is looking for an excellent leader to fill our full-time Store Manager position at a Jiffy Lube location in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This role involves keeping customers happy, employees happy, and the day-to-day business running smoothly. The Store Manager lives the brand by striving to achieve the mission: "Creating Customers for Life through Fast, Friendly, Clean and Professional Service." Leading by example, the manager sets the tone and makes the auto store an enjoyable place to be. They work with staff to develop and shape the future of the automotive business, hiring and training the right team members, providing constructive feedback, holding them accountable, and encouraging leadership skills through coaching, opportunities, and resources. In addition to managing staff, the Store Manager helps grow the auto business by utilizing proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability, with essential sales and customer service skills. They plan and track budget forecasting models, take initiative to ask questions that lead to innovation, progress, and success, and build relationships with employees and customers.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience
  • Self-motivated with excellent sales skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and delegate
  • Ability to make customer service a priority
  • Ability to effectively resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner
  • Professional presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Passionate about the automotive industry
