Requirements

Previous experience in Retail and/or Optics in a Senior Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager position.
Willingness to learn and practice all things Optical if no prior Optical experience.
Genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences and solving eyecare/eyewear needs.
Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced, growing business.
Ability to lead by example with positivity and a can-do attitude.
Commitment to inspiring, motivating, training, and developing your team.
Ability to effectively manage time and operational requirements without compromising customer experience.
Passion for building a strong partnership with store Optometrists.
Drive to achieve and drive results through the team.
