About The Position
The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the customer service level, daily operations, profitability and quality control of the shop. This role involves ensuring each customer has a positive experience, managing employee training in product knowledge, sales, customer service, and customer relations, and controlling costs of goods and labor to maintain shop profitability. The Store Manager is also responsible for implementing appropriate safety procedures.
