Requirements
- Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent).
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- High energy and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team.
- Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Drive sales performance and smash targets.
- Create a high-energy, positive store culture.
- Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success.
- Run a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service.
