About The Position

7 Leaves Café is a growing coffee and tea shop chain that emphasizes connection, culture, and craft. Since 2011, it has expanded to over 40 locations in the Southwest. The Store Manager will shape the store's culture, nurture future leaders, and influence the guest experience, aligning with the company's Core Values while driving the brand forward.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service or retail management experience.
  • Must be able to work at any location in the assigned district or county.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Strong team well-being and sales-focused mindset.
  • Eager to learn and build on constructive feedback.
  • Able to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage multiple situations simultaneously and ensure established service levels are achieved at all times.
  • Possess the ability to deliver constructive feedback and guide conflict resolution.
  • Able to develop and grow future leaders for the organization.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking.
  • Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer by managing store operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and team development.
  • Increase profitability through effective staffing and operations.
  • Regularly review store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles, concerns, and opportunities for improvement, creating action plans to drive success.
  • Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth, setting and monitoring individual goals, holding team members accountable, and maintaining a 'customer comes first' attitude.
  • Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain the standards of 7 Leaves Cafe.
  • Drive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problem-solving skills to maintain store operations (customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, security, compliance, etc.).
  • Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated and goal-driven individuals to create a positive impact in their community.
  • Collaborate with District Managers to make effective decisions and achieve results that grow the business and customer base.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
