About The Position

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of store performance - bringing together sales, service, parts operations to create a seamless experience for both customers and employees. You won’t just oversee the business – this is an opportunity to lead from the front - combining operational leadership with strong sales acumen to make a meaningful impact on your team, your customers, and your community.

Requirements

• Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in business and people management, with experience leading leaders and driving accountability.
• Sales & Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales, parts, and service operations.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of John Deere agriculture, construction, and/or Vermeer dealership operations preferred.
• Communication & Technology Skills: Strong verbal, written, and computer skills to drive alignment, performance, and collaboration.
• Valid Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
