About The Position

Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a strong, motivated Store Manager to lead our Burlington team and drive the success of our retail and wholesale parts business. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, building customer relationships, growing sales, and taking ownership of a business.

Requirements

3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, automotive, automotive parts, or a related industry
Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
A track record of building customer relationships and driving sales
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record

Nice To Haves

Automotive parts experience is preferred, but strong retail leaders who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service and strong business results
Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement
Grow sales by developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Partner with outside sales to build and maintain wholesale accounts
Manage store profitability, payroll, scheduling, and controllable expenses
Monitor inventory, merchandising, receiving, and loss prevention
Ensure the store is clean, organized, safe, and ready for customers
Resolve customer concerns and find solutions that exceed expectations
Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, coaching, development, and performance management
Work with your Area Manager to execute sales initiatives and business plans
Lead by example and create opportunities for your team members to learn and grow
