About The Position
The store manager's primary goal is to improve sales and create a positive guest experience. The store manager will work with the area manager on inventory management and control, team member support, and the development of product knowledge, upsell tactics, and data analytics to improve overall store performance.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in the cannabis industry
- Leadership background for large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
- Experience in sales preferred
- Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) a Missouri Agent Card
- METRC Experience
- Dutchie Experience
Nice To Haves
- Cannabis leadership experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Training, developing, and aligning up to 25+ Team members.
- Responsible for improving sales month over month. Working with marketing and procurement teams to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Reducing product shrinkage by reducing aging inventory/inventory expirations, understanding your inventory par levels, and sell-throughs.
- Understanding Missouri compliance requirements to walk through state inspections, reducing deficiencies confidently.
