Nice To Haves

10+ years of progressive leadership experience preferred, including responsibility for business performance, team development, financial results, and operational execution. Equivalent experience demonstrating strong business leadership will be considered.
Experience managing budgets, financial results, teams, and operational goals.
Agriculture, construction equipment, dealership, or similar industry experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or related field preferred.

Analyze financial statements, budgets, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
Develop and execute strategies that support company objectives and strengthen market position.
Understand customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities to drive continued growth.
Lead, coach, and develop department managers and employees to achieve individual and team success.
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and support employee growth and development.
Partner with leadership teams to recruit, retain, and develop top talent.
Ensure departments are working together effectively to provide a seamless customer experience.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Promote consistency, communication, and best practices across store locations.
Maintain a professional, safe, and customer-focused environment.
Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their businesses and delivering solutions.
Represent Swiderski Equipment as a leader in the agriculture, construction, and local community.
