Responsibilities

  • Direct and support sales representatives in achieving established sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve profitability and service growth.
  • Set clear sales targets and coach team members through their sales processes.
  • Manage daily tire center operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Protect and maintain company assets including facilities, equipment, vehicles, and inventory.
  • Manage inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace environment.
  • Serve as a role model for Bauer Built’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Coach employees on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
  • Provide leadership and direction while building a culture of trust, accountability, and respect.
  • Train, mentor, and support employees to enhance performance and career development.
  • Address employee performance concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
  • Review monthly financial statements and monitor performance against budget goals.
  • Maximize store profitability through performance monitoring and pricing strategies.
  • Manage payroll, expenses, inventory controls, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
