The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store performance, including people leadership, operations, guest experience, and financial results. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable making decisions, coaching in real time, and holding themselves and others accountable. Success means consistently delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining operational standards, developing high-performing teams, and partnering with District Managers to achieve business goals.
