Requirements

• Previous management experience in a quick service or fast casual restaurant (2+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, scheduling software, and cash handling.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe certification (not required but recommended).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality control.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and operational budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels, place vendor orders, and control food/beverage costs.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enforce company policies, health department regulations, and safety standards.
• Drive sales growth through excellent operations and local marketing initiatives.
