Requirements

3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where applying.
Ability to work full-time; work regularly demands more than 40 hours per week and includes variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
