About The Position

Chatters is seeking a confident and people-oriented Store Manager for their Lansdowne Place Retail Salon. The ideal candidate will be a driven, inspirational mentor with a passion for business and beauty, capable of multitasking and ensuring smooth operations in a busy salon environment. This role involves managing retail operations, coaching the sales team, overseeing inventory and merchandising, and ensuring a positive experience for guests and staff.

Requirements

Enthusiasm for beauty.
At least 5 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
Ability to build rapport with guests and team, understanding that 'the Experience is Everything'.
Flexible, self-motivated, and driven with excellent people and communication skills.
Superior time management skills; ability to complete tasks on time and on budget.
Knowledge of computer systems including Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Gmail.
Ability to inspire others.
Problem-solving skills; highly responsible and reliable.

Responsibilities

Manage retail operations.
Analyze, maintain, and improve systems and processes.
Oversee and book guest appointments.
Coach and train the sales team to achieve store sales targets.
Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and merchandised according to standards.
Oversee inventory, product ordering, and pricing.
Monitor budgets, payroll, scheduling, and cost of goods.
Provide a welcoming environment for guests and beauty consultants.
