Requirements

• Experience building strong connections with your team through clear, effective communication that drives positive outcomes and supports team and business goals.
• Management experience overseeing retail staff, operations, and performance to drive and deliver strong consistent sales results.
• Leading a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration which strengthen team performance and contribute to overall store growth, results and performance.
• You can provide 40 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.
• A pre-employment background check will be conducted. As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a criminal background check. Additionally, a credit check and drivers abstract may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on sales performance and customer experience.
• Manage all aspects of store operations, by providing best-in class service and solution-based customer experiences to our customers while promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard.
• Delivering on business plans to achieve regional and store-level targets.
• Representing Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.
