About The Position

The Liquor Store Manager at Hugo's Pine Ridge Liquors is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers. Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or liquor store operations
  • Experience in customer service, cash handling, and sales

Responsibilities

  • Accept deliveries and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Stock shelves and build attractive product displays to enhance customer experience.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Greet guests warmly and assist them in locating the items they seek.
  • Hire, train, and schedule up to 7 team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Order supplies and products to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Complete sales reports and analyze financial data to inform decision-making.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to maximize sales and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with state alcohol laws, licensing, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance team performance and customer service.
  • Utilize strong leadership and interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and build team morale.
  • Apply analytical thinking to sales and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
