Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Nordstrom Store Selling Department Manager is required for this role
  • Experience in progressively larger management assignments, including but not limited to merchandising and store management roles
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales, expense and productivity targets
  • Success at identifying, developing and retaining quality talent
  • Experience in developing and executing business strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
